Vacation.

I took a week off from Street Reach in Memphis to go on vacation with my family. My brother is moving to California soon and it was so great to have the family all together for possibly the last time. We went to our beach house in Litchfield Beach, South Carolina for some South Carolina perfection. It was a relaxing week and here are a few highlights.

I love that first time you see the ocean.

My dad and I would go down to the beach every morning super early. He would fish and I would run until the sun started coming up and then I would head back to grab my camera. He didn't catch anything all week until the last day when we caught a shark! I say we because although I was holding the fishing pole at the time he had baited it and cast it out. Definitely team work!

Seriously the cutest little kid ever.

We went to the pier at Garden City and it was pretty cool to see all the people fishing.

My little sister fell in love with this kid.

This are my older sister's feet. She has the coolest tattoo.

Walking in Memphis.

I just got back from another summer in Memphis, TN. It was another amazing summer and I wanted to share some of my favorite pictures. It was so hard to narrow it down but I thought I would go ahead and give you a quick sample...

This is Karlos. He has the most beautiful eyes and the coolest hair.

I like this one because it's near impossible to get an older boy to smile for a picture. He has a handsome smile and I can't wait to see the man that he grows up to be.

Demont grabbed a team member's glasses and cheesed it up for a photo. What a cutie.

Another picture of an "older boy." I like taking pictures of the older kids because a lot of the time they're definitely overlooked when you got cute 4 year olds running around everywhere.

A team member and Alice. This picture was supposed to just be for the slideshow but it ended up being one of my favorites.

Last but not least this is CJ. He is definitely one of the cutest kids I have ever seen. This picture was taken when we had a team from a tiny town called Gleason, TN in. He put on a hat and I had to snap a photo because how cool is it that they came 4 hours just to hang out with our kids. CJ has severe ADHD and this was the first week that a team could staff having him at a Bible Club. It was also the first week he started talking and didn't try to run away. What a neat kid.

Snow Day!

I've been slacking on my photo blog but here are a few shots I took when it started snowing the other day. Just my little brother and his friends. I was using my Sony 1080 without flash.
